To me ascending is like a continuous 'game' in which you are fooled a lot, but during the ride you learn and by trial and error you can move ahead. In this turtle I want to talk a bit about the things that happened the last couple of months. When you pay a visit to this site more often you may have noticed that I was having quite a fragmented ascension. This prompted me into working out something that would prevent me from such an experience in the future. This has resulted in the 'construction islands'-approach which is mainly characterized by a close monitoring of all parts of your body on various stages of ingrowth. Until now it has still proven to be very useful for my process. You can read more about it in the third part of the Exploring Section.
Last week I received the Ascension Workbook (part I) CD from the SSoA and I have been reading and working with it with enthusiasm. As you may know I have opted not to participate in any of the SSOA-groups, although I am of course very sympathetic to their cause (see Sovereignty and Critical Respectfulness). I really enjoy working with all the new information, although I prefer the old mode in which more of the information was made public at an earlier stage, which made it easier to work with the latest information and it made it all easier to verify (see Means of Verification) as well. I still tend to think that there is a certain risk involved if information of this importance is left to a small number of individuals who cannot be checked from the outside, no matter how far they have ascended.
On the other hand, if you are willing to invest a reasonable amount of money in the organization you can get into contact with the received information at an earlier stage. You would get the support of the consciousness of our planet and the people in the SSOA. Let's just hope that the SSOA knows what it is doing and there is of course still a huge amount of information available for free and not many schools can say that.
Well, anyway, while reading through the workbook I got annoyed by a certain passage which triggered me into writing an email (not to the SSoA) in which I expressed my irritation. After that I haven't read the workbook for a few days. After I had written that email I decided to call my pendulum into action and I learned that my light body (or dreamtime self, which appears to be synonomous, see paragraph 'Forgiveness and Magnetism' in the SSOA-article From the Rose Quartz Kingdom (2005)) was attached to electrical piramidal structures for about 40%. I have had my experience with light bodies (see Corrupt Light Bodies and Light Body (SSoA-excerpts)).
In September 2005 I decided to change my corrupt light body into a new light body who would be more supportive of my ascension process. After I added the intention to return all the lost and 'sold' records it led to a better situation. With that transfer in mind, I didn't hesitate long and started to recast my partially corrupt light body to the aurora of the Earth and then I asked for a light body that would support my ascension process and not focus on his own vibration. After this was accomplished I asked if it would be sensible to continue with a construction island and I was 'told' that it would be better to call it a night.
Well, I still was slightly agitated and I was tired after reading too many workbook pages at one stretch, so I agreed and I went to bed. It didn't take too long to drift off to sleep, it was only when I woke up at about 5.30 in the morning that I sensed there was something very wrong with my state of being. I felt as if I was someone else, thinking thoughts that were unfamiliar and weird. In fact, I haven't felt that bad in a very long time. I had to start working at 8.30 so I considered if I would continue sleeping anyway, or that I would get up and see if I could get to the bottom of all this by using my pendulum again. I chose the latter.
I took care to open up my meridians and get some extra blood pumping, and after grounding to the Earth I took out my chart with possible manipulations and problems, and I was immediately directed to my light body. It turned out to be a very electrical light body. I intended the immediate removal of this electrical 'partner' and I intended a new light body that would be magnetic in origin and motivated to help me ascend my body. It was only after I discarded two other light bodies that a suitable light body was 'installed'. After this was done I needed to clean up just about any part of my system, because this electrical night had ruined nearly everything (chakra's, karma dump, subtle bodies, stolen grid work (genetic, etheric and ascension grid work), a load of personality entities, etc.
It was only after a few days while I was taking a shower, that I linked the appearance of my 'electrical' light body to my state of mind when I asked for the change. For me it shows that you really need to be careful when you ask for a change of your light body. If you are not in a harmonious mood, you are likely to attract a non-harmonious light body as well. This also is just an assumption, perhaps there are other reasons, but for now this seems to be the most likely one.
As a psychologist I have worked with people who are labeled schizophrenic. They often complain about hearing voices or feeling as if their thoughts are not really their own. You all know those stories or movies of people who felt as if they were possessed by something 'scary'. It wouldn't surprise me if a lot of these experiences can be reduced to people housing either a dissonant light body or a bunch of lost soul fragments. I guess that if these people would be able to have a minimum of subtle bodies present and the ability to alter certain thought forms, they could create intentions to have these dissonant energies removed from their system.
I don't know what would have happened to me if I hadn't known about these phenomona and about ways to deal with them. I guess I would have ended up quite insane, even though some friends think that I'm quite insane already, using this ascension terminology and frame of reference!
